Housing Cancellation Request
The process for requesting to cancel your housing contract is located in the Housing Portal. Please log into your portal and navigate to the button for the Cancellation Request. If you have questions, please contact University Housing for assistance.
If you are currently a resident student living in University Housing and wish to move out of housing, please contact your Resident Director for additional instructions on turning in keys and completing the checkout process.
Have you signed your residence hall contract?
No – you will not be assessed any further housing fees
Yes – if you enroll as a student at Çï¿ûÊÓƵ, you will be responsible for the entire terms of the contract, which includes paying the cancellation fees as outlined in the Terms and Conditions of the housing contract. If you do not enroll as a Georgia Southern student, a cancellation fee may be assessed depending on the date of your cancellation.
Is the registration fee refundable?
No – the $150 registration fee is not refundable.
